11102-09-z the stag mag is a unique high output versatile humbucker pickup that uses staggered alnico 2 rod magnets instead of the traditional bar magnet, for strat tone when split. the stag mag is a high output versatile humbucker pickup designed specifically to give you a true strat single coil tone when switched into split mode. its 4-conductor lead wire gives you the ability to use a mini-toggle switch or push-pull to split the coils for access to both humbucker and single coil sounds. we use alnico 2 rod magnets with a traditional fender pole stagger, and a specially designed high output coil wind so that, when split, the sound is bouncy and bright, just like a strat. when wired as a full humbucker, the tone is fat and smooth. pair with the alnico ii pro neck model or the pearly gates neck model for a great dual humbucker setup. hand built in our santa barbara, ca factory, the stag mag uses alnico 2 rods, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance.Seymour Duncan sh3 stag mag zebra | Pickup per Chitarra Elettrica
